In 1980, and again in 1983, readers of the World of Greyhawk Fantasy Roleplaying Setting were exhorted to make the world their own.
The designers called "for new legends to be created, new battles to be fought, new songs to be sung."
For over 40 years, Greyhawk fans have been doing that on various forums and in numerous publications, sharing their creations with each other since the advent of the Internet.
